On behalf of the Travelers of Charleston, I would like to extend our fraternal invitation to all the brethren and sisters to our upcoming Annual Ball and Induction of New Officer to be held on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at the Sheraton Hotel in North Charleston. Festivities will begin on Friday October 8th. Our schedule of event is as follows.

Friday, Oct.- 8

10 AM - Noon: Lunch for early birds (Hospitality Room = Sheraton Hotel)

NoonTee time for early birds @ to be announced (Coordinator : WB Ed Calara)

5 - 11PM - Welcome Party (hospitality room- Sheraton Hotel)

Saturday, Oct- 9

6-7 AM -Breakfast- Hospitality Room-Sheraton Hotel

8 AM - Tee time @ to be announced

11 AM - 2 PM - Lunch (hospitality room)

6 PM - Midnight- Annual Ball/Installation of Officers (Sheraton Ball Room)

Attire : Semi - Formal/Barong

Midnight Snack (hospitality room)

Sunday, Oct- 10 Farewell

8 AM- Breakfast/brunch/lunch (hospitality room)

Room Accommodation: $99 plus 12.5% tax for a standard room. To make reservation call the Sheraton Hotel at 1-888-747-1900 or 1-843-747-1900. Please identify yourselves as member of the Travelers of Charleston in order to receive the preferred rate. (Rate may changed at time of reservation)

Please identify as to when they will be arriving and who will be playing golf on Friday and Saturday. We highly encourage your group participation by a special performance (dance or chorus number) during the Dinner/Dance Ball. If you decide to participate please let us know by Sep 30th so that we may incorporate it in our program.
